Global Sales Director
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Global Sales Director that will develop the existing business and target new accounts. The Global Sales Director must have a strong track record within the Event/F&B/Sport sector, has experience in leading sales teams, knows how to add value to products and is able to be an inspiration for his/her team. This role leads and owns the Global, relationship, strategy and execution of all sales opportunities for MJR TOM International.
- Lead and build the Sales and Account management team
- Develop the Global Strategic Sales Plan
- Guides and professionalize the Sales Team to perform even better
- You will be directly responsible for the biggest key clients
- Develop the B2B channel within Europe to create new relations and stronger relations
- Reports to the CEO
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required. Degree in Hospitality Management Preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as commercial leader/ executive
- Worked within a matrix organization/ structure is an advantage
- Experience in Brand Activation processes
- Very strong business acumen with emphasis on relationship management, presentation and communication skills. Foster new business relationships.
